Dear Blue Whale Media Ltd Customer,
Firstly we would like to thank all our clients for supporting the business through this current situation.
Our main aim is to provide our customers with an undisrupted service. As of Monday 4th May, we will be reopening the office with a small selection of staff to enable us to communicate as a team and to be on hand for any client enquiries. However, we have made some small changes to ensure that the working environment is as safe as possible.
All meetings will continue to take place but will do so via facetime, skype or other similar methods.
We have also taken the decision to prioritise the completion of all ongoing projects. This will not only help us tackle the reduction in our workforce due to any staff sickness, it will also speed up the production line for all new projects in the coming months. We anticipate this will take a maximum of four weeks at our current staffing levels.
If you have a support contract in place with us, all WordPress, Theme and Plugin, updates have been completed and we are making provisions for their completion in the upcoming months.
Please can all customers ensure they are sending all emails to email@example.com instead of any other direct email address. This will allow us as a company to ensure that all correspondence is dealt with in the event of any staff member being ill.
